T&S Asset Management

How companies launch lending with us

TS LMS is a core banking system for lending. Four ways companies that are not banks put it to work, with TS HRM + EWA for employers.

  1. 1

Loans and instalments for your own customers, suppliers or merchants (embedded finance)

    Who it suits
Retailers, platforms, distributors and manufacturers with a large base of customers or trading partners.
    What you launch
Consumer or business loans and instalment plans offered inside your own app, store or ordering channel.
    Your existing systems
Your ERP stays the system of record for sales; TS LMS manages the loans and exports the monthly journal for your accounting.

  2. 2

Launching a sales-finance or finance subsidiary

    Who it suits
Groups setting up a finance subsidiary, or manufacturers and distributors that want dealer or customer finance of their own.
    What you launch
A licensed lending company with its own products, credit policy, collections and reporting.
    Your existing systems
A dedicated TS LMS environment for the subsidiary, with the journal exported to the group’s accounting.

  3. 3

Earned wage access for your employees

    Who it suits
Employers with a large workforce who want to offer pay already earned, before payday.
    What you launch
Earned wage access on TS HRM + EWA, limited to wages already earned and deducted from the same month’s payslip.
    Your existing systems
Works from attendance and confirmed payroll; payroll data can be read through the API, and payment runs through a bank transfer file.

  4. 4

    Joint ventures with financial institutions

    Who it suits
Companies that bring customers and distribution, partnering with a bank or licensed lender that brings funding and a licence.
    What you launch
A jointly run lending business with clear roles for origination, funding, servicing and reporting.
    Your existing systems
A dedicated environment for the venture; each partner receives the reports and journal it needs.

  • It is built as a bank’s core system, with two-person approval, a tamper-evident audit log and a separate environment for each company.
  • It covers the full lending cycle: product set-up, underwriting, disbursement, repayment, collections, accounting integration and audit.
  • You do not need to replace your existing ERP or accounting systems.
  • You launch in stages, starting with Phase 0 (about 3 months).
