and management to fill the gaps in finance.
Born in Hiratsuka, Kanagawa, and a graduate of Doshisha University. After working on system implementation and operational improvement at a major Japanese financial institution, he built a career of more than ten years based in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar and Singapore). At microfinance institutions and at TrueMoney, part of the multinational conglomerate CP Group, he led many rapid launches of fintech businesses. His expertise lies in seamlessly connecting field operations, technology and management.
In 2021 he founded T&S Asset Management LLC. Drawing on an extensive network and know-how spanning five Southeast Asian countries, he has built platforms serving tens of thousands of users and run high-precision operations that maintain a low NPL (non-performing loan) ratio, continuing to build “credit infrastructure for emerging markets”.
He is now focused on putting into practice a next-generation platform that closely combines alternative data and technology, so that people left behind by conventional finance can take charge of their economic lives. His aim is to create a new financial ecosystem in which social value and profitability coexist.
