T&S Asset Management

For retailers and consumer brands

For retailers and consumer brands with many customers and employees in stores and apps, planning to offer lending or financial services abroad.

01The challenge

  • Customers and staff want instalments, credit lines and earned wage access, but lending abroad needs a licence or a licensed partner.
  • In some countries, store staff who invite customers to borrow or explain loan terms can be treated as loan intermediaries, with rules of their own.
  • Weak credit checks or harsh collections fall back on the brand.

02What T&S does

Instalments at the till and in the app (BNPL and instalment sales)

Customers split a purchase into instalments at checkout, in store or in your app. Credit is decided at the point of sale and repayments are collected over a fixed schedule. Instalment products and credit decisions on TS LMS, the checkout flow in your app or a mini app, collections, and the operating design.

Small credit lines for members

Members get a small revolving limit they can use across your stores and app, repaid monthly. Limits grow with repayment history. Revolving credit lines, limit reviews and collections on TS LMS, connected to your membership data within the consent given.

Earned wage access for employees

Employees draw part of the pay they have already earned before payday; the amount is deducted from their next pay. TS HRM + EWA for attendance, payroll and advances, with approvals and deductions on the payslip.

Working capital for tenants and suppliers

Tenants in your malls or suppliers on your platform get short-term working capital, often repaid from their sales or from what you owe them. Business loans and receivables financing on TS LMS, with repayment schedules, monitoring and collections.
