Terms of sale (business customers)

This service is for organisations using it for business purposes only.

Who can buy	The Service is for companies and organisations approved by our review, for business use. We do not accept applications from individuals as consumers.

Price	Member paid plan: US$49 a month, tax included.
Other charges	Internet and data charges are yours. Your card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee.
Payment method	Credit or debit card, processed by Stripe
When you pay	The first month is charged when you subscribe, then automatically on each monthly renewal date.
When the service starts	Immediately after payment.
What you get	Full text of the member courses and certificates, every step of the market rules, comparison of up to four markets, the calculator’s sensitivity table and saved scenarios, province and city figures on the illegal lending map, and 30 lender check detail views a month (reset on the 1st; unused views do not carry over).
Cancellation	Cancel any time from “Manage plan and invoices”. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds	As a digital service, fees already paid are not refunded (no pro-rata refunds), except where we could not provide the service through our fault.
