Lender check

Check a company, app or website against lenders that regulators, police and courts in Southeast Asia have named as illegal or unlicensed. The list itself is never published: you search, and see a match only for what you type.

1,039 entities named by authorities in Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Brunei

How it works

  • Matches are exact on the name, another listed name, the website or the app ID (case, spaces, accents and company suffixes such as Inc. or PT are ignored). Partial words do not match, so the list cannot be read by guessing.
  • Anyone can check: you see how many entries match and the first three names with their status. The full record (authority, action, date and source link) is for members and uses one of 30 monthly detail views; records you have opened stay free.
  • Generic names (such as “Pinjaman Cepat”) and names that copy a licensed lender match only on the website or app ID, so a licensed company is not flagged by its name.
  • Each record was checked against its source by a second reviewer. Records are as published: an entity may since have been licensed or had an order lifted.

Records come only from authorities' published lists. If a record is wrong or has been withdrawn by the authority, contact contact@ts-asset-mgmt.com with the source. We check it against the authority's current list and correct or remove it.

Every week we check the authorities' newly published lists and add verified records. Last checked: 20 October 2026.

For information only. A listing reflects what an authority or a news report of its action published on the date shown; it is not a finding by T&S. Always confirm with the authority before acting.
