Member terms of use

1. Scope

These terms govern the member services that T&S Asset Management LLC (“T&S”) provides on this website, including member data on the illegal lending map, the lender check, the member courses and the paid plan (the “Service”).

2. Membership

The Service is for businesses: people at companies or organisations whose application we have reviewed and approved, using their business email, for that organisation’s business. It is not available to individuals as consumers. Keep your details accurate and tell us of changes. We may withdraw approval for false information or a breach of these terms.

3. Your account

Sign-in links and your signed-in session are for you only and may not be transferred or shared.

4. What the Service is

The Service provides information based on what authorities have published, and on news reports of their actions. It reflects the date of publication; an entity may since have been licensed or had an order lifted. A listing is not an assessment by T&S and does not guarantee whether to deal with anyone. No match does not mean a counterparty is lawful.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, payment, renewal and cancellation of the paid plan are as set out in the commercial disclosure. The paid plan renews monthly until cancelled.

6. What you must not do

• Compile, copy, redistribute or resell information from the Service, or give it to others
• Try to read out the contents, for example by automated or bulk searching
• Use it to harass or defame listed entities or people connected with them, or to state more than the authority published
• Use it for unlawful purposes
• Infringe the rights of T&S or others, or interfere with the Service

7. Suspension

If section 6 applies or misuse is suspected, we may pause searching, suspend or end a membership without notice. Fees already paid are not refunded in that case.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care over accuracy, completeness and currency but do not guarantee them. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for loss from using the Service is limited to the paid-plan fees you paid us in the three months up to and including the month the loss arose.

9. Corrections

If a listing is wrong or an action has been lifted, send supporting documents to contact@ts-asset-mgmt.com. We will review and act as needed.

10. Personal data

We handle personal data under our privacy policy.

11. Changes

We may change these terms or the Service, or end the Service, and will announce material changes on the website or by email. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before a price change takes effect at your next renewal.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Japanese law. The district court with jurisdiction over T&S’s head office has exclusive jurisdiction at first instance.
