Lesson 5 of 6
Payments, collections and reconciliation
Money leaves the lender once, at disbursement, and comes back in many small payments. This lesson follows those payments: through which channels they arrive, into whose account, how each one is matched to a loan, and how a lender follows up the ones that do not arrive, within the rules on fair collection.
