Questions to ask before entering the market

Before lending in Cambodia, a lender needs answers to a short set of questions: which licence and which regulator, how it will be funded and in which currency, whether its price covers its costs, what it can know about borrowers, how it will treat them, and where the credit cycle stands. This lesson sets out those questions, the public sources that help answer each, and an international standard to measure the answers against.
